Project Leader at BCG

Aleksandra Józefaciuk is a Project Leader at the BCG Warsaw office with nearly 10 years of experience in the energy and sustainability sector. She has delivered strategic and technology-driven consulting to leading energy companies across Germany, the UK, and Poland.

She holds degrees from the Warsaw University of Technology and the Warsaw School of Economics, combining an engineering background with business and strategic expertise. Prior to BCG, she worked at Accenture and PGE, gaining experience across both consulting and industry. She has also been involved in building a startup, gaining hands-on experience in product development and cross-functional collaboration.

Aleksandra is also a graduate of programs such as the Energy Academy by the Lesław A. Paga Foundation, the PFR School of Pioneers, and the Shesnnovation Academy by the Perspektywy Women in Tech Foundation. She was also a General Electric Foundation Scholar-Leader.

Today, she focuses on supporting transformation in the energy sector, using technology and data to drive optimization and change.
