I’ve spent the last decade navigating the worlds of corporate business, NGOs, and small companies, which taught me that people challenges rarely have one-dimensional solutions. Today, as an HR Manager, I focus on employee experience, organizational culture, and development — always with one key question in mind: how can business goals genuinely support people, not only as employees, but also as human beings?
Over the past four years, I’ve built and scaled my team from 3 to 9 people while leading projects related to M&A, outplacement, recruitment, and development programs. What drives me most is systems thinking: connecting dots, spotting patterns, and combining knowledge from different fields to create practical and sustainable solutions.
My background in law and psychology helps me balance structure with empathy, strategy with human perspective, and business realities with personal growth. Beyond management, I also work as a coach, business trainer, and career advisor, supporting people in moments of transition, uncertainty, growth, and redefining their professional direction.
