After 15+ years building startups (most notably AppCodes), Tomasz pivoted into independent research — inventing a handful of practical algorithms along the way (Orisi, Eveem, BucketMul). Now he's working on a "deal with this" button: making AI agents reliably handle the life-admin stuff that drains humans but is perfectly manageable by machines.
He sees AI as a chance for real equality in access to education, medicine and legal help, and loves talking shop with younger generations — especially about product design and startups. For fun, West Coast Swing.
