Katarzyna Marczuk is the founder and CEO of Aleet, a deep-tech company building AI-powered software for logistics and transport. Today, she focuses on helping fleet operators move from manual, reactive planning to data-driven decision-making through digital twins, simulation, and real-time optimization. Aleet’s technology enables companies to test operational scenarios, improve fleet utilization, reduce costs, and make better decisions in complex transport networks. Katarzyna combines a strong technical background with hands-on experience in scaling deep-tech products from research into real business applications. She holds a PhD in Transport Engineering and has over 14 years of experience in AI, mobility, and fleet operations.
