Marcin Kasprzyk

At GlobalLogic, he serves as a Competency Manager, designing "skill trees" for cyber security, AI/ML, cloud and DevOps engineering teams to help them level up. He also pursues his educational mission at Coventry University Wrocław, where as a lecturer, he equips future technology heroes with their first pieces of "digital armour" and assigns starter quests into the world of technology. But before sitting in the command centre, he beat every difficulty level himself: from laying foundations as an IT Infrastructure Engineer, to automating processes in DevOps, all the way to leading units as an IT Manager.
