Dagmara is a graduate of the University of Gdańsk and holds an MBA in energy from Łazarski University.
She recently served as Country Leader and Vice President of GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy in Poland, where she was responsible for the deployment of BWRX‑300 SMR technology in Poland and Eastern Europe, including development of the regulatory, industrial, and social ecosystem for one of the region’s first SMR projects.
She has extensive experience gained at ABB, Alstom Power, and GE, contributing to strategic energy transition initiatives in Poland, including frameworks for heating sector decarbonization.
Dagmara is actively engaged in promoting diversity and women’s advancement in the nuclear sector. In 2026, she signed the Women in Nuclear declaration on gender equality and participates in the WiN Educational Working Group in Poland. She serves on the Economic Advisory Board of the National Centre for Nuclear Research and the Program Council of the Nuclear Energy Congress, and is a member of the Women on Board initiative. In 2025, she was named to Forbes Women’s “25 Women in Energy” list and was twice nominated for the Women in Energy Award.
