Since 2023 the Director of Strategic Policy and International Cooperation Bureau at the National Atomic Energy Agency (PAA), nuclear safety national regulatory body. In charge of: planning and implementation of strategic policies, international cooperation programs and public communication activities in the area of nuclear safety and radiation protection. Since 2024 chairing the working group of nuclear safety and international cooperation (WG1) within the European Nuclear Safety Regulators Group (ENSREG).
Before joining the PAA, served as the director of international cooperation in the Ministry of Climate and Environment (2020-2022), head of unit in the Office of the Minister for European Affairs in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2018-2020) and spent 4 years (2014-2018) as a government expert in Brussels at the Polish Permanent Representation to the EU negotiating regulations and coordinating economic issues including energy policy.
Extensive international experience and negotiations, including 10 years in energy policy and posting in Brussels. Educational background in international security (University of Warsaw) and European law and administration (Vrije Universiteit Brussel).
