She develops architectural design from early concept ensuring deliverables meet regulatory requirements, owner expectations, and internal standards, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams across locations and disciplines. Her experience spans industrial food, automotive, and battery facilities, as well as warehouse and office projects delivering comprehensive documentation from concept to execution. Sylwia’s design expertise has been recognized in international competitions, earning awards for sustainable and innovative concepts. She holds an M.Arch. from Warsaw University of Technology and has studied and collaborated internationally through programs at the University of Detroit Mercy and Stanford University.
