Marzena began her tech journey before graduating in Mechanical Engineering, stepping into the IT industry where, in her first role , she was the only woman in the Polish office for nearly three years—marking the beginning of learning how to make her voice heard in the room.
Since then, she has built her career across consulting, SaaS, and global product organizations—experiencing firsthand how the tech landscape has evolved for women, leadership, and innovation. Today, as Customer Success Lead at TiVo, she works at the intersection of product, strategy, and customer success, helping deliver next-generation entertainment platforms.
A passionate sports enthusiast, lifelong language learner, and cinema lover, Marzena believes one of the most exciting things about working in tech is that there is always something new to learn or completely rethink—making it a field full of endless opportunities for personal growth.
