Dr Barbara Wajnchold has a background in materials engineering and physics. For over 10 years, she has focused on project, process, and strategic management in companies and institutions connected with science, new technologies, and innovation. She has worked with management at various levels - from small teams, through short- and long-term projects, to complex, long-term programs. In this context, she consistently seeks new solutions and works to untangle complex process “spaghetti.” She believes that managing innovation implementation is, at its core, about working with passionate people - on the scientific and technological side, the business side, as well as in science support functions.
