Since 2011, runs her own legal practice, Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Agnieszka Jasińska-Kołodziej. From 2013–2018, legal advisor at the Institute of Hematology and Transfusion Medicine; 2019–2023, legal advisor and Director of the Commercialization Department at the Łukasiewicz Research Centre, overseeing legal support, commercialization strategy implementation, startup accelerator development, and investor relations. In 2023–2024, intellectual property expert at the Quantum Optical Technologies Center (QOT), University of Warsaw, supervising IP protection strategy and commercialization of quantum technologies. Currently serves as legal expert for the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute for Sustainable Technologies, supporting tech startups.
Author and co-author of scientific publications on commercialization, capital companies, and tech startup investment. Member of R&D project teams supporting innovative initiatives.
Since 2023, associated with Creotech Instruments as legal counsel and Director of the Legal Office.
