Pawel Grzywaczewski

I am a Staff Service Manager at CERN, where I have been working since 2007. Over the years, I have progressed from developing integrations with internal services to managing a large-scale e-mail platform serving over 30,000 mailboxes. Today, I oversee the entire e-mail infrastructure and lead a small team, ensuring reliable and secure communication services. Driven by a strong passion for learning and personal development, I volunteered three years ago to take on the role of Departmental Training Officer for CERN’s IT department. In this role, I define learning strategies, support staff in their growth, and promote a shift from training activities to actual skills development.
