She is an author of publications, reports, and research, including the Data Center Trend Map in Poland 2024 and studies on digitalisation and digital security.
She is a university lecturer and PhD candidate researching the impact of digital transformation on the energy sector, with a focus on data centres. As part of her doctoral work, she is developing a model for integrating data centres with MMR or SMR reactors and waste heat recovery systems, aligned with circular economy principles, to support implementation of such solutions in Poland.
She is Director of the Clean Air Department at the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management and the main organiser of the Forum Data Center conference.
She holds an MBA for the IT sector from the Polish‑Japanese Academy of Information Technology. An experienced IT programme and project manager, she has led large‑scale digital transformation projects, enterprise architecture development, and EU‑funded initiatives related to open data and digital infrastructure. She is a member of Women in Nuclear Polska.
