Alison Darcy

Ali Darcy is a Moonshot Explorer at X, where she focuses on finding and converting emerging breakthroughs into thriving businesses. Prior to joining X, she was in the department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University before creating one of the earliest chatbots for mental health in 2017.  She was named on Time Magazine's inaugural list of the 100 Most Influential People in AI and is passionate about using human-computer interactions to build healthier, cleaner, thriving communities. Ali received her PhD from University College Dublin, and is an alumnus of the Stanford Ignite program at the Graduate School of Business. (LinkedIn)
