Since October 2024, Jarek has served as Country Manager and Member of the Management Board at JetBrains Poland. With over 30 years’ experience in the IT sector, software development and management, he is responsible for the company’s growth in Poland, in particular for establishing an R&D centre, expanding the Polish team and engaging in community initiatives with local partners.
Before joining JetBrains, he served on the board of IGT Poland for over a decade, where he led technological transformation projects in the gaming and software industry across Europe and the Middle East. Prior to that, as a project manager, he managed projects in over a dozen countries.
