Joanna graduated from Computer Science faculty at the Department of Technical Physics and Applied Mathematics at Warsaw University of Technology (Master of Science degree). With 30 years of professional experience, she specializes in operations and technology, focusing on compliance, risk management, solutions development, and program management.
Throughout her career, she held various technology managerial roles, overseeing software development, change control, continuity of business, project management, and operational activities, focusing on process improvements and automation. She also served as a Business Information Security Officer and Compliance Officer in a Regional Data Center. In global managerial positions, including leading the Global ID Management team, Global Provisioning Automation and Tools Development, and Global IS Utility, she managed teams across EMEA, NAM, LATAM, and APAC regions.
A speaker at the IDM Europe Conference in 2016, she co-chaired the Steering Committee of Women in Technology within the Citi Women network in Poland, championing diversity. Her credentials include CISA, ITIL Foundations, and ISC2 CISSP certifications.
