PhD, Eng. Nina Rędzia specializes in comprehensive technological, energy, environmental consulting for industrial enterprises and entities implementing the energy transition and sustainable development goals. She combines expertise in process engineering, energy efficiency, ESG, circular economy, research and development.
Her scope of activities includes analysis and optimization of technological processes in terms of energy consumption, CO₂ emissions and environmental performance, as well as the development of energy transition strategies for industrial plants. Projects include modernization of existing installations and the implementation of new technologies based on renewable energy sources, the hydrogen economy, high-efficiency cogeneration and trigeneration, waste energy recovery, and solutions that align with the circular economy model.
A significant area of her activity is the development of research, development, and implementation concepts for processes related to, among others, energy efficiency with combustion, melting, adsorption, water treatment and recirculation, and the production of glass, cosmetics, and mineral materials.
