Ada is from Warsaw but works in Radom, in glass factory. She is board representative for sustainability, her heart beats faster for corporate social responsibility.
She is a keen pianist, a crazy skier, a talented athlete and a mother of a 17 year old basketball player - Ksawery.
Before glass factory, she spent 12 years in Finance Department as a Business Manager in a British Bank – RBS/NatWest Group.
She created Trend Glass Academy - a state-of-the-art teaching room, equipped with robots and specialised technology stations that offer young people a unique opportunity to develop their skills in a modern industrial environment. It's a space where she moulds the skills of the future, preparing high school and college students to enter the rapidly changing labour market with the necessary competences.
