Monika Burzyńska-Evje

Monika is a Talent Operations and Implementation leader with over 10 years of experience at the intersection of recruiting technology, program management, and systems implementation. She has held roles at LinkedIn, Lever, and TikTok, where she has led ATS implementations, built recruiting ops infrastructure, and driven cross-functional programs at enterprise scale. She currently operates as a recruiting operations consultant, partnering with HR tech companies on implementations, customer experience, and go-to-market strategy.
Monika was born and raised in Kraków, Poland, and has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for over a decade.
She holds three degrees from Poland's top universities: an MA in Philosophy from Pedagogical University of Kraków; a BA in Cultural Studies with a speciality in East Asian Culture from Jagiellonian University; and a BA in Business German from the College of Foreign Languages in Częstochowa. 
Monika is a Vice President of the SF-Kraków Sister Cities Association and a Talent Consultant for the Polish Professional Women of Silicon Valley Initiative. Outside of work, she raises two young boys, enjoys photography, and still finds time to bake.
