I began my professional career as a Business Intelligence Developer at an IT Consulting company. Over the past 18 years, I have held a variety of roles, including Data Warehouse Architect, Quality Assurance Engineer, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Release Manager, IT Delivery Manager, and Software Development Team Manager. This diverse experience has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the entire SDLC, from strategy and requirements gathering through delivery and operations. I am also an English translator and the author of “English 4 IT”, a book for IT professionals and enthusiasts learning English.
Currently, I hold the position of Senior Software Development Manager, Retail & Digital Channels Section Lead at Circle K Global Development. I lead a Section including over 120 professionals across Poland, North America and India. Together, we deliver and support key business solutions, including the Circle K mobile application, websites, Point-of-Sale (POS) solution, promotion planning platform in North America, and transaction-related services. I am also the AI Guild Lead at Global Development.
