Paulina Muskała-Ruszczyk

Graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and did her master’s in Finance and Banking. She
holds the title of Chartered Financial Analyst. In her work, she has been focusing on the capital market
and investments for 17 years. Her professional career started at Credit Suisse Asset Management
Polska, where she worked between 2006 and 2011.
In 2011-2012, Paulina held the position of Sales Director at Ipopema TFI.
Between 2012 and 2014, she was responsible for the investment funds and investment insurance offer
at Nordea Bank Polska.
At PKO BP she has been working for almost 10 years, in turn as team leader, office manager, and
department director in charge of the surplus offer (investment funds, fixed-term deposits, and
structured deposits) addressed to retail clients.
