Maryla Wojcieszek – Vice President and co-owner of Huge Thing, specializing in innovation management, growth strategy, and organizational transformation.
At Huge Thing, she leads the Innovation Management & Strategy area, supporting large organizations in designing innovation strategies and building structures that enable effective implementation of new solutions.
She has worked with companies such as Rossmann, Żabka, Novartis, Saint-Gobain, Atlas Ward, and Veolia Poland. She is also co-host of the podcast “Huge Talks by Huge Thing,” dedicated to innovation and business transformation.
In her work, she combines experience in change management and future design. She is a gardener and a LEGO enthusiast.
