Dota Szymborska holds a Ph.D. in Humanities focused on ethics, along with degrees in philosophy (logic) and sociology (applied social sciences) from the University of Warsaw. An academic, lecturer, and speaker (TEDx and IMPACT’26), she is committed to promoting high ethical standards in both the research and business applications of artificial intelligence.
She leads a research team developing an AI assistant and is a member of a research center focused on integrating AI into education and management. As an Assistant Professor at WSB Merito University in Warsaw, she applies philosophical and sociological frameworks in her teaching practice.
Since March 2024, she has been a member of the AI Working Group (GRAI) at the Polish Ministry of Digital Affairs, where she leads the “AI, Law, and Democracy” section. She has been recognized as one of the Top 10 Women in Data Science in Poland (2024) and featured in the global “Strong Women in IT” report (2025). Outside academia and tech, she runs and plays golf.
