Alicja Świtlik – Expert in social education and youth leadership development, with over 15 years of experience in designing educational and social programs that build future skills. A trained pedagogue, she specializes in working with young people in the areas of agency, collaboration, entrepreneurship, and designing initiatives with real social impact.
She has developed programs for young people in social organizations and at the Gdańsk Business Incubator STARTER, where she created initiatives supporting youth leadership and entrepreneurial skills. She has also led Hack4 and inspirational meetings for young girls interested in technology, entrepreneurship, and career development.
In her work, she particularly values creativity, collaboration, and courage in creating solutions to real social challenges. She supports young people in developing initiative, project competencies, and ideas with real impact potential.
