Katarzyna is an Investment Officer in the EIC Fund Advisory team at the European Investment Bank, where she advises the EIC Fund on direct equity investments in deep-tech startups under the EIC Accelerator and EIC STEP programmes. She brings 15 years of experience in venture investing, M&A, corporate finance, valuations, and strategic advisory. Prior to joining the EIB, she served as Head of M&A at PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna SA and as a Manager at Big4.
Katarzyna holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from Rutgers University, The State University of New Jersey.
