Dr Wojciech Karczewski is the Director of the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) since October 2024. He holds a PhD in management and quality sciences and has over 18 years of experience leading international projects. Combining academic expertise with business practice gained at PwC, EY and Orange, he specializes in internationalization of higher education, leadership and global academic cooperation.
