Leader, engineer, and enthusiast of new technologies and innovation. Combining her passion for technology and innovation with the need to support women's development, she built programs at the Perspektywy Education Foundation, including the Shesnnovation Academy and Empowering Women in Agrifood startup programs. Since January 2025, in her new role as Executive Director, she has been leading the entire team along with the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit.
For 2 years at Orange Poland, within the data and artificial intelligence department, she was responsible for implementing the generative AI experimentation process across the entire organization, among other initiatives. She also runs business activities in this field and has already trained over 1,000 people.
Concurrently, for 10 years, she worked to support the innovation ecosystem in Poland as part of the Innovative Poland Foundation. Her roles included managing a project to internationalize Poland's innovation ecosystem and co-creating Poland's first deep-tech event, the Deep Tech Summit, where she served as a member of both the Foundation's Board of Directors and the Summit's Program Council.
