Paulina Paga

Paulina Paga is an ESG transformation leader at Polish Airports (PPL), where she built the company’s ESG management model and leads its crossorganizational
implementation, including decarbonization and alternative fuels market development. She oversees the Sustainable Development Strategy 2025–2035 and chairs the
Sustainable Development Council, driving databased ESG integration across all business units. With over a decade of international experience across corporate,
public, and NGO sectors, she has managed systemlevel projects and academic collaborations supporting innovation incubation, including work within the New European Bauhaus Network.
