Her work combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, helping organizations and individuals grow, position themselves effectively in the market, and scale sustainably.
Oksana mentors startups and SMEs on growth strategy, market positioning, low-budget marketing, and international expansion. She has been recognized as a mentor in EU-supported initiatives such as Seeds of Bravery and Booster, as well as national programs including KSE, Diia.Business, and initiatives supported by the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine. She is also a U.S. Department of State Fellowship alumna (UBL PIE Program, California, 2023), actively contributing to global entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems.
