Meeting for mentors & mentees & alumni of the LeaderSHEp in Tech Academy Program.

The mentoring and training program, implemented by Perspektywy Women in Tech with the support of the Motorola Solutions Foundation, is aimed mainly at graduates of other expert Perspektywy programs, but not only. It is intended to help young women at the beginning of their careers develop as leaders, both through mentoring with role models from the world of technology, adaptive leadership workshops, and exchange of experiences with people at a similar stage of career development.

Participants will carry out #TechForGood projects in groups.

In this meeting there will be:

Networking session facilitated by coordinator of the program - Monika Goszcz
Workshop: The Drawer of Unfinished Ideas: Turn Hidden Projects into Creative Sparks - led by trainer and mentor of the program Paulina Kowalke

A peer coaching session for professionals ready to revisit what they have left behind and discover what it might still unlock.
The ideas you have not finished yet are not failures. They are unread signals.
Most professionals carry a drawer full of them: a half-built workshop, a research thread never published, a project shelved when priorities shifted. Over time, these pieces accumulate a quiet weight, not because they were bad ideas, but because we never gave them a proper hearing. What if the problem was not the idea, but the conditions it never had?
This session uses the practice of peer coaching and deep active listening to help you excavate your unfinished work with fresh eyes: not to rescue everything, but to identify what still has energy and what your next step with it could be.
You will walk away having:
- Practiced deep active listening as a tool for unlocking stuck thinking, your own and others'
- Used peer coaching to surface the real potential in a paused project
- Identified what your unfinished idea is actually signalling about your next creative direction
- Left with one concrete next step, shaped in conversation rather than in isolation
Bring one unfinished thing: a draft, a shelved project, or even just a title. That is your starting material.
A 60-minute coach-facilitated session built around peer conversation, not lecture. Practical, generative, and designed for professionals who do their best thinking when someone is genuinely listening. You will spend more time talking and being heard than taking notes.
Hosted by Paulina Kowalke, Founder of Change Facilitated. Certified coach and facilitator helping people and organisations navigate change, build inclusive cultures, and unlock learning for meaningful impact.
