Paulina Kowalke is the Founder of Change Facilitated, a certified coach and facilitator helping people and organisations navigate change, build inclusive cultures, and unlock learning for meaningful impact.
With over ten years of international experience managing complex, multi-region programmes across Europe, East and West Africa, she specialises in change management, leadership development, social innovation, and the practical application of equality, diversity, and inclusion at an organisational level.
Her work spans high-profile collaborations with organisations including Microsoft, Challenge Works, Social Tech Trust, Innovate UK, and the Equality Impact Investing Project, where she has designed and led programmes at the intersection of impact, technology, and finance.
An experienced facilitator and programme designer, she has led learning sessions on peer coaching, leadership, and embedding equality in impact strategies for social tech startups, corporate partners, and university audiences including Oxford, Cambridge, and LSE. She currently coaches change leaders at The Bloom, a global community of 80,000 members.
