Liliana is a project manager, and feminist technologist working at the intersection of digital innovation and gender justice. At Feminoteka, she leads several digital projects tackling gender-based violence — including an AI-powered education platform with a case management simulator, the Safe YOU app in Poland, and a global mapping of GBV-focused tools. Liliana represents Feminoteka at the Global Encryption Coalition as well as the TFGBV Expert Group at the European Network WAVE. With a background in linguistics, gender mainstreaming, and IT, she has managed and launched over 40 digital projects and is a graduate of programmes including AI for Changemakers and Shesnnovation Academy, as well as a winner of feminist hackathons.
As a Techsoup ToT AI for Social Change graduate, she is on a mission to train civil society organisations on AI from a feminist perspective. A certified 5D Method trainer, she has equipped more than 1,500 people with practical strategies for responding to sexual harassment in public spaces. For many years, she has also been an active voice in the feminist community as an educator, event coordinator, and published author on reproductive health and rights.
