Since 2018, Joanna has been working with the Perspektywy Educational Foundation, where she managed the first three editions of the Women in Tech Summit. She currently manages the nationwide Dreams Into Jobs programme, which helps young people enter the labour market.
Joanna is a psychologist, certified mentor and education expert with over 15 years of experience working with young people and adults. She is also a certified FRIS® Thinking Styles trainer. She combines expertise in psychology, career counselling, international education and the modern labour market.
She managed recruitment for Coventry University Wrocław. She also has nearly five years of corporate experience in a managerial role in innovation management.
Sheis the creator of her own original tool, the Integrated Development Model, which helps young people connect their talents, predispositions, and values with suitable educational and career paths. For the past 11 years, she has co-created one of the very first mentoring programmes in Poland — Mentors4Starters — designed for experienced leaders.
