Introduction to the Dreams into Job program and its opportunities for youth. Dreams into Jobs is a nationwide programme for young people in Poland aged 15–24, with a particular focus on post-industrial regions and smaller towns.
Its goal is to help young people enter the labour market by developing future-ready competencies (technological and soft skills), financial education and development of entrepreneurial skills.
The programme’s central component is the Big Bank of Skills platform, where participants can access free courses and webinars, receive mentoring from experts, and apply for thousands of job opportunities across Poland.
